Employed in the Building and Construction industry for more
than twenty years, I have worked successfully in innovative
businesses involved in residential and commercial construction,
manufacturing, supply, sales, marketing and research and development.
My management experience in start-up and rapid-growth businesses
has enabled me to develop the requisite skills and business
acumen essential in the successful management of these challenging
and continually changing businesses.
Working in senior management positions across operations, manufacturing,
research and development, sales and marketing has allowed me
to build extensive knowledge and experience across all functional
areas of the business. Which is an important skill-set requirement
in resource poor, start-up and rapid-growth businesses.
As a result, by working in those environments I have developed;
a holistic understanding of business operations; extensive problem
solving skills; and a comprehensive understanding of people
management and interaction.
